WebApr 3, 2024 · I don't uncheck the box sizes Etsy lists. I find that creates other issues. I just add the other sizes needed in the package preference area. Make sure you are putting largest size first then the next largest and the smallest is last. If you find a smaller box works than the one Etsy suggest then use it.
