WebRecently stayed at Littlecote house so took the opportunity to visit the remains of Roman Villa, and what a surprise to find the remains in excellent condition and the mosaic well protected in a covered building with a walkway allowing you to view the mosaic from all sides and a nice touch was the owl on guard to prevent birds roosting in the building roof.
